Company history
The beginnings of Philogic date back to 2009. We have always worked in the field of industrial automation. Since 2011 we have been an LLC.
The origins of Philogic
The beginning of Philogic dates back to 2009, when as a start-up company we began implementing our first projects for the automotive industry. We have been operating as in LLC since 2011. In the first years the companys was located in Trzebinia.
During the period 2011 to 2015 the company rapidly increased its head count, doubling in size every year. In 2015, with twenty employees we won our first international contract.
Progressive development
The years 2015 - 2019 was still time of progressive development, increasing turnover and the number of employees. In 2016, we created our own machining section, whose task is to manufacture components for our own production needs. This allowed us to react quickly to any changes and amendments in project desing.
We carry out project in Poland and abroad, their scale and value still continues to grow. At the headquarters at that time, we starting to suffer from a lack of spare. In 2018 a decision was made to build a new headquarters. At the end of 2019, the new builiding in Chrzanów was created and our company move to its new production facility.
Headquarters
Bearing in mind our continuous development and striving to implement larger projects, in 2019, we built a new modern production and office facility.
We now have 440m2of office space and nearly 1000m2 of production hall. New working conditions and a much larger space has invigorated the team and given us energy for further developments. Along with moving to the new headquarters, we are implementing the ISO 9001 management system. At the beginning of 2020, the company has approximately 55 employees.
The machining section becomes a separate company and begins to provide services also for external entities, at the same time the equipment at our disposal is also developing. In 2021, due to the increasing demand for vibrating feeders, Philogic decides to open a division responsible for the construction of feeders.
New division
A new branch based on experienced people from the industry, which specializes only in feeding systems, is being established in Warsaw. At the same time, Philogic becomes an authorized distributor of RNA brand components. At the beginning of 2022, the company already has about 75 employees.
A lot has changed over the years - our team has developed, our capabilities were extended, however the company's mission, which is reliable and timely delivery of innovative solutions for industrial automation is still the same.
