Responsibilities:

building a competent team with knowledge and skills adequate to those required in the implemented projects,
managing and motivating the subordinate team,
providing substantive support in the field of implemented projects,
supervision over the quality and timeliness of the projects performed,
supervision & oacute; r over the preparation of the concept and technical documentation for the entrusted project,
analysis of technological and design problems,
introducing improvements in the reporting area,
participation in supervising the process of building and commissioning machines and devices,
cooperation with other departments of the company and representing the department in contacts with the client and external companies,

Requirements:

education - higher technical, major - mechanical engineering or related (mechanics, mechatronics, etc.)
knowledge of design programs - Solidworks, Inventor or similar,
knowledge of the principles of technical drawing, basic construction and technology of machines,
knowledge of mechanics, pneumatics, electronics,
several years of experience as a machine builder,
several years of team management experience,
good self-organization of work,
accuracy, independence, regularity, reliability, responsibility, availability, communication,
good command of spoken and written English,
proficiency in using MS Office programs,
category B driving license
